I’m still tackling the large backlog of photos from the entire summer, but here are a few things in the works. Recently, I photographed a proposal (first one ever!) at Science World. It was quite possibly the sweetest thing ever! Not gonna lie, I got a little emotional too! (Says the girl who cries during speeches at weddings. Even if I don’t know the bride or groom. It’s just how I am!) After the actual proposal, we went outside and grabbed a few photos by False Creek 🙂

This week, I also got to meet with one of my 2012 bride/grooms (Veronica & Jordan) for their engagement session! We went up to Burnaby Mountain Park for the session. This was the first session that I got to use my 105mm f/2 lens (that’s the lens I used to take the following photo). Vancouver weather also decided to play hard to get, as it was cloudy/sprinkling during the session, and honestly, the MOMENT I got out of the car (at home), the sun came out. Oh, Vancouver weather- you’re such a tease!
