Earlier this week, I got to attend Fer Juaristi’s Fershop in Vancouver! Fer is an international wedding photographer based in Mexico. The lovely Cole and Jakob of Nordica Photography had arranged for Fer to come to Vancouver to deliver a workshop. Spending a day with Fer and 14 other local photographers was so much fun. It was also very interesting to see how Fer saw light and shadows, and his interpretation of ways to express love. That, and it was absolutely hilarious how no-nonsense Fer is about anything. It was such a wonderful day, even despite the rain we had all day long. We also had the opportunity to work with Mike & Hannah in both a couple shoot as well as a wedding-ish shoot.
